Your range of tasks:
- Single point of contact for several customers for change request, process optimization or more complex problems
- WMS Expert for topics related to your accounts
- Describe business requirements
- Process analysis for non-project related change requests
- Bringing new features to the customer’s attention
- Implementation, coordination and approval of software to be installed
- Transfer of existing customers to new warehouse management system CALsuiteWM
- Planning and progress monitoring
- Knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring:
- a higher professional education level of work and thinking, preferably in the field of logistics or IT
- strong analytical skills

- the drive to further improve yourself and our product
- a good command of the Dutch and English language, preferably also German
- experience with Warehouse Management systems or software development is an advantage
