Your range of tasks:
Perform day-to-day HR administrative and organisational duties
Handling of end-to-end recruiting process
Support management and employees on various HR-related matters
Handle time tracking and ensure accurate monthly reports
Organize and coordinate employee development and training activities
Contribute to improving employee satisfaction through HR initiatives
Optimizing and digitalization of HR processes
On- and Offboarding
Support office management tasks as needed
What you’ll bring:
Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or completed business apprenticeship
Several years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of labour law
Structured and goal-oriented work
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy
High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
